Take Time
Submitted by Margo BentzlerTake time to work
it
is the price of success.
Take time to think
it is the source of
power.
Take time to play
it is the secret of
perpetual youth.
Take time to read
it is the fountain of
wisdom.
Take time to worship
it is the highway to
reverence.
Take time to be friendly
it is the road to
happiness.
Take time to laugh
it is the music of the
soul.
Take time to dream
it is hitching your wagon
to a star.
Take time to LIVE!.

Face to Face

This amazing picture of Jesus was created on a laptop
with a trackball!
Editor's Note:
I received this marvelous work of art from a lady who
really touched my heart, not only with her talent but
with her sweet, sincere spirit. I share her notes with
you below:
Dear Iona,
I thank you from the bottom of my heart, as I deliver
your appreciation to Our Holy Father. I am most grateful
that it pleases your sight. I must tell you, you brought
me such joy to share with the Father and in Jesus name,
bless your heart Iona!
Judy
Good Morning Iona!
How are you today? Looks like you get a lot of response
from your sight. It is quite impressive and very
comforting to the heart.
I am not as active as I used to, but yes, if I can find
more time and I can put myself into it more, to be able
to express my inner sight through Art, is always the best
thing I could ever accomplish. But in our daily routine
in life to what is given we must embrace it with
gladness. Here is what I considered my masterpiece, it
was done the first time I had my laptop and discovered
MSPaint. So this is done through bitmap and through the
power of love and my fingertips alone. It's not much, but
in my heart it is beyond imagination, to have been
comforted and embraced by HIS power.
Have a wonderful day Iona!
All in Jesus name,
Judy
In the Valleys
Submitted by Sandy Uhler
It's in the Valleys
I Grow
Sometimes life seems hard to bear,
Full of sorrow and woe
It's then I have to remember
That it's in the valleys I grow.
If I always stayed on the mountain top
And never experienced pain,
I would never appreciate God's love
And would be living in vain.
I have so much to learn
And my growth is very slow,
Sometimes I need the mountain tops,
But it's in the valleys I grow.
I do not always understand
Why things happen as they do,
But I am very sure of one thing
My Lord will see me through.
My little valleys are nothing
When I picture Christ on the cross
He went through the valley of death;
His victory was Satan's loss.
Forgive me Lord, for complaining
When I'm feeling so very low.
Just give me a gentle reminder
That it's in the Valleys I grow.
Continue to strengthen me, Lord
And use my life each day
To share your love with others
And help them find their way.
Thank you for the valleys, Lord
For this one thing I know
The mountain tops are glorious
But it's in the Valleys I grow !
